What secret did Eddy use to grow from a front-line bank teller to President of The Mortgage Centre? Eddy started as a bank teller at Canada Trust, and moved over to CIBC as a mortgage specialist in 1996. He saw all kinds of roles and responsibilities at CMHC, a few private companies, Mortgage Agent with Assured in house at a Sutton Group, helped GE Money launch in Canada, back to CIBC, and became the President of Mortgage Centre Canada in 2009.

Shawna is CAAMP's first ever Broker Of The Year, awarded in 2014. Shawna found that she loves helping customers at Wells Fargo/Trans Canada Credit and then onto Bank of Montreal. The bank manager didn't show a lot of loyalty to Shawna when she was pregnant. Shawna struck out on her own as a broker with the help and encouragement of her referral partners, realtors, and clients. Shawna joined up with TMG and has not stopped winning since then.
